As part of the efforts to minimize the impact of the truck  traffic from and to plant site,  Inter-Power / AhlCon Partners   constructed a road in excess of four miles. In addition,  more  than half a mile of  the existing state road was refurbished.    The new roads provide  safe and efficient access to the site,  minimizing the impact on our neighbors.
